Shipping
Items are shipped within 3 business days.
We ship anywhere in Canada and the US. If you are located internationally, please email us at i[email protected] or DM us on Instagram @HalleBeads and we can coordinate prices with you. 
We ship via Canada Post and will provide you with a tracking number once shipped. 

What is your return policy? 
We have a no-return policy. If you find there is an issue with your piece, please email us at [email protected] and we will be in contact with you. 

My item is damaged.
Please email us at [email protected] and we will discuss options moving forward. 

Can you remake a piece that is sold out? 
In most cases, yes! Please email us at [email protected] and send us a photo of the piece you would like remade. We will coordinate with you about the timing of completing the piece and if it is possible to remake. 

Can you make custom pieces and what is the process? 
Yes! We love customs. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "CUSTOM REQUEST" and we will coordinate a realistic timeline with you. Generally, customs take about 2-3 weeks to complete. We will work closely with you to make your dream piece come to life. Once we have a thorough understanding of what you're looking for, a quote will be given to you. You're required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit on the piece and when it's completed and you're happy with the product, the rest of the payment can be made.
